Expressing gratitude for the things we have in life opens us up to receiving more reasons to be grateful. Using a rock, have your family members pass it around. Each person will take a turn holding the rock and sharing one thing they are grateful for that day, infusing loads and loads of gratitude into the rock.

For added fun, use a new rock each week or each month. When you have enough rocks that have been infused with gratitude create an exciting art project by piecing together a mosaic with all of the rocks.

And if rocks aren’t available then you can also create a Gratitude Sharing Circle.
