Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for booking our speaking and consulting services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following policies to ensure clarity and mutual respect.

  1. Cancellations by Client
    • 30+ Days Before Event: If cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled event, a full refund will be provided, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred (such as travel or accommodation bookings).
    • 15-29 Days Before Event: If cancellation occurs between 15-29 days before the event, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
    • Less Than 15 Days Before Event: For cancellations made less than 15 days before the event, no refund will be issued due to the difficulty in rescheduling on short notice.
  2. Rescheduling
    • Requests for Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule the event at least 15 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Rescheduled events must occur within 6 months of the original date, and all payments will be applied to the new date. If we are unable to accommodate the reschedule, the above cancellation policy will apply.
  3. Cancellations by Speaker
    • In the unlikely event that the speaker needs to cancel, the client will receive a full refund, including any fees paid for travel or accommodations, if applicable. We will also make every effort to reschedule based on the client’s availability or provide a suitable replacement speaker, if possible.
  4. Refunds
    • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation date.
  5. Non-Refundable Fees
    • Any non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses incurred by the speaker or consulting team will not be eligible for a refund if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event.
