Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for booking our speaking and consulting services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following policies to ensure clarity and mutual respect.
- Cancellations by Client
- 30+ Days Before Event: If cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled event, a full refund will be provided, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred (such as travel or accommodation bookings).
- 15-29 Days Before Event: If cancellation occurs between 15-29 days before the event, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- Less Than 15 Days Before Event: For cancellations made less than 15 days before the event, no refund will be issued due to the difficulty in rescheduling on short notice.
- Rescheduling
- Requests for Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule the event at least 15 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Rescheduled events must occur within 6 months of the original date, and all payments will be applied to the new date. If we are unable to accommodate the reschedule, the above cancellation policy will apply.
- Cancellations by Speaker
- In the unlikely event that the speaker needs to cancel, the client will receive a full refund, including any fees paid for travel or accommodations, if applicable. We will also make every effort to reschedule based on the client’s availability or provide a suitable replacement speaker, if possible.
- Refunds
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation date.
- Non-Refundable Fees
- Any non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses incurred by the speaker or consulting team will not be eligible for a refund if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event.
